Please find below the attachment of the connection layout.

We want to use Female AUX jack instead of the speaker so when Play switch press we want to play record sound over the external speaker or Earphone.

So Anyone can guide me on how can I do this.

As I collect information SPK+ and SPK- use as Positive and Negative also Circuit GND use as below list

For the record, the sound is that microphone and no changes and use as per connection I want to just convert it Aux out instead of SPK.

Left - Tip
Right - Ring
GND - Sleeve

Is that correct I want to place Aux female jack instead of the speaker overboard.

The chip has a differential output which appears to not be class-d, at least per page 2 of the datasheet at https://datasheet4u.com/datasheet-pdf/AMBITION/ISD1820/pdf.php?id=786125 Driving a speaker via a TRS jack requires you to convert from differential to single ended, the LM386 circuit on the bottom of that datasheet page would do the job nicely.
