does anyone know how to use IDS 2560 chipcorder?
i have looked in the datasheet for the connections,etc.
pin 7 and 8 are connected to a microphone, so recording a music can be done by exposing the microphone to a music...
my question is, is it possible to connect pin 7 and 8 to computer's speaker (replacing the microphone)?
so i will play the music on my computer to store and into the chip through the speaker connections...

Based on the attached excerpt from the datasheet for the ISD-2560, the microcontroller/microprocessor can download a canned digital message into the device via the address/memory interface. This is in addition to the analog recorder mode.
