We have a project, regarding switching on/off the power supply [-200V, 0.01A] 1 million times per second (1Mhz).
We already settled the dc pulse signal 1 Mhz, our problem now is "what is the best electronic component suitable for this application?".

we're thinking about transistor but we are not sure if it is possible...
