Is there a way to get .lib file from .olb file for Orcad Cadence Pspice ?

I have a question . I am looking for Pspice models of C3M0032120D symbol. It is a Sic Mosfet.

https://octopart.com/c3m0032120d-wo...-QIVmuFRCh1icwaNEAAYASAAEgKdKvD_BwE#CadModels

In this link or in other links when I download cad models , there is only .olb file format . I couldn't find its .lib file.

Ok I can use .olb file in my pspice but I can't simulate because there is no .lib file.

In normal situation , I add .lib file to pspice this way : edit simulation profile , configures file, library and add as a global and then model is working .

But without .lib file , is there a way to simulate it ? Because it gives error

Sincerely

From dotLib to dotOlb, the OLB file contains the pins' placement and other "graphical" elements, while the LIB contains the model itself.

You could have more success having the LIB but not the OLB, as explained in the supplied link (from TI site).

Hi , I found it in Ltspice files in wolfspeed websites. There is no .lib files in Orcad files. it is in Ltspice files.
Maybe this can be helpful for other people.

Hello
I have the same problem,
I would like to simulate a circuit with Pspice with an AEM10941 and AEM20940. This component is not in the default library. Now on Library loader there is the PCB footprint, the symbol(.olb file) for the schematic, and the 3D model (https://componentsearchengine.com/part-view/AEM10941/ebm-papst) but I can't simulate it because I don't have the spice (.lib) file for simulation. Is there a possibility to simulate the AEM10941 and AEM20940 on Pspice?
How about Protues or LTspice?
Best Regards
