Does there exist a circuit that can measure the entropy of another circuit?

Is there a circuit that can measure the entropy of anything?

All circuits measure of entropy. When they finally fail, the measurement is over.

What does entropy mean in relation to a circuit? I'm not even sure if you mean thermodynamic entropy or information entropy.

Wow, I haven't checked in while but Entropy sure isn't what it used to be!
