Not exactly my specialist field but possibly. However -- don't get your hopes up.

They are quite specific devices.

If you we're very lucky you might be able to find the components for the p/s.

Those components might well be fugged though. Personally I wouldn't try to scavenge. Better off buying new as they will be in much better condition and of a more consistent quality.

There are various ultrasonic transducers ranging from 80Khz to 3.0Ghz

Transducers aren't too expensive, depending what you go for and how many you need.

Frequency is all well and good but without enough power handling of the transducer (and p/s) it'll just cavitate water a little bit.

Power supplies can be expensive though and are difficult to match.

That's about as much as I can tell you for now.

I hereby call for expert advice. Let's see what happens...

Waaaaay back, I made one from a loudspeaker and an oscillator. I glued a stiff cardboard disc onto the cone about 1/2 way up (or down) to make a platform for a beaker. I have no recollection of the oscillator. It had to be simple 'cause I was a kid when I built it. It wasn't as good as my Dad's Disontegrator, but it was a lot better than nothing.

Yes it is if you have the right junk and the 'junk' is in proper working condition and if you know how to connect thr junk together.
