Hi, I'm using 78K NEC microcontroller. The problem while doing my proyect is that need save data in flash memory for then read it when loos power. I haven't problem written data but only i can store variables of type bit. Need store a lot of bytes from flash memory. I like someone say me how i can do it or how have done in other microcontrollers. Thanks for all

 

I don't think its possible or I haven't come across a micro controller to date where once the Micro controller is switched off that the internal flash memory can still be read You have to have power continuous to the Micro in order to read flash memory I hope Ive understood your question If i have made a misunderstood please let me know
