Is it necessary to clean RA flux off of solder joints for simple wired circuits?

I'm doing a DIY aquarium cooling project in which I'll be wiring five 80mm PC fans (12V DC @ 0.16A each) to a salvaged 12V DC 1.0A adapter in a simple parallel circuit using some 18AWG electrical wire.

I decided to go with lead-free solder for contamination/environmental reasons and got some RA Rosin flux. I've read that RA flux should be cleaned with 99% IPA, but all of what I read mentions PCBs. Since my circuit is just going to be made of wires and not on a PCB, would I be ok not cleaning the joints or just using some 90% IPA ?
