CAN Iuse the same circuit using the sg3525, i am also having problems, the ir2101 keeps heating up for some reason !!

You should do the math on how long its going to take to charge the gate. You may need more than one IR201, or drive the fets with more fets.

To keep this simple you will need massive snubbers, i suggest starting with .1uf and .47 ohm if you use an RC snubber. Also look into lossless snubbers.
Pay attention to the gate waveform, its possible for high dV/dT on the drain to pull the gate below ground, during turnon and oscillate a few times.
