I got it Correctly with an led but it doesn't work with a motor. How can I make the motor run with an ir signal ?

I think that the main problem will be the current drawn by the motor.
A led only takes about 20 mA.
The current for a motor can be MUCH more.

What kind of motor are you trying to drive?
