I need to design a phase shifter, 1-degree accuracy for an RF signal between 100MHz and 500MHz, sine wave.
My current and theoretical approach is to use an IQ/90-degree signal splitter, and then feed this pair of signals into two vector multipliers (e.g.ADL5390), and here control the vector-resultant with IBB/QBB.
The problem I have is the design the IQ splitter that is good enough in the whole frequency range.
1. Any ideas for the 90-degree signal splitter? IC?
2. Any another approach for the phase shifting?
