    which one is best.

An H-bridge sine wave inverter or a transformer output inverter?

    Which can deliver more power?

which can handle transients more efficiently?

which is best suite for single to 3 phase conversion?

And is single to 3 phase inverter suitable to drive 3 phase motors as such?

This is basically what a VFD does. while some times used to control the speed of a 3 phase motor, they are also used to convert single to 3 phase.

Converts the AC to DC and inverts it back to AC.

H-bridge is used to drive the output transformer, so this question doesn´t make any sense.
