I want 2to1 mux. is there any IC that consist eight 2:1 MUX ?

I think I'm using TTL for this signals, this digital signals are produced by ICL7107 AtoD ..

Do you want to multiplex the decoded display information from this ICL7107?
When you take a look at the datasheet the outputs are like a cmos totempole.
(see figure 8 in the attached datasheet).
The outputs seem to be TTL compatible as in figure 22 the 7407 is used to increase the display current.

The 74ls258 given by jegues in post #3 will do.
You will need 24 / 4 = 6 pieces to switch all 24 lines.
