Interstage Coupling Factor?

I have a question asking me to find the input, interstage and the output coupling factor in dB?

I know that:

ICF = 20log base10 ((Rin)/(Rin+Rs))

OCF = 20log base10 ((RL)/(RL+Rout))

But what is the interstage coupling factor and what does it mean? Thanks, please help me clear this up.
