Dear users,
Please i need help about how to measure internal resistance of XFG1 function generator? or i need the value
thanks a lot

Measure the open-circuit output voltage using a high-impedance scope probe.
Terminate the generator with various resistive loads and find one that just halves the output voltage. Try 50Ω or 600Ω

MikeML is correct.The described method is typical when we want to find out an anknown resistance when we are looking to achive the best adaptation with the input resistance of an other device.
