Hello All !

I have an interesting kinda project that i want to do.Suppose i work in a Telecom Company. The company is facing financial crises due to severe load shedding in country.A lot of money is being wasted on operating genset.

Now, the company wants to save deisel in a way that it will not operate Generator on some of its selected sites during off-peak timings i:e from 2:00 am to 7:00 am in case of load shedding.

Now, for this, i want to do some kind of automation that during these hours, if the power is off , the genset does not operate and if it gets operated, it gets off after some time automatically.

I want this all happen automatically, no need of any person to go and off the generator.

Can any one please guide me that how can i do this ?

My concern is you placing your users with the inability to call 911 or whatever the emergency number is in your locale.

Do you have an ATS ... Automatic Transfer Switch ... connected to these generators?

Can you draw a block diagram of your current configuration?
