Hi does anybody know what integrated circuit is used in the Nokia AC-6 mobile phone charger? It is about an SOT23-6 case IC marked as 101B.

The phone, the charger is used with, is a Nokia 6500 classic. I just want to fix the charger and therefore I"d need either the diagram of the AC-6 charger or the type of the integrated circuit used in the charger. A diagram of the charger, including this IC (marked 101B, SOT23-6 case), would be very welcomed. Thanx

 

circuit diagram for a mobile phone? Good luck. They are very secretive with their technology and have proprietary or specialty parts made specific to their phones that are not available for purchase. Check to see if the phone is still under warranty as it would be best to go that route.

Your best options for success here are:
1) Buy a new pone
2) build a standalone charging circuit
