I need an instrumentation amplifier which can suppress noise level. I have one source but the instrumentation amplifier tells to connect two source. how i can connect single source to this instrumentation amplifier.

 

Don't try to build an instrumentation amplifier from opamps, as your CMRR will go right in the toilet.
