I do not use any kind of instant messaging.

Members who use it can enter the details in the contact info in the user profile.
The following entries are possible:
ICQ UIN
AIM Screen Name
Yahoo! ID
MSN ID
Skype Name

I'm pretty much in the same board, I do no use IM's. I occasionally use chat rooms, but that is rare.

 

Since you placed your ICQ public, I'm shore if someone is interested he/she will contact you.
