I am doing project study about vibrational energy harvesting by piezoelectric device. I would like to know the electrical model of this device that indicate the conversion of mechanical factors(force frequency, acceleration) into electrical factor. Is there anyone know about this or can give any useful resource?

Thanks for your reply, however there is nothing what I need in the search page. In fact, the are some papers described about piezoelectric model. But those do not present the approach of how mechanical factors(force, frequency) converted to electrical form. Can anyone advise?
