Induction Cooker 200Watt IGBT FGA25N120

Kindly help me in providing circuit diagram using above IGBT FGA25N120 as it is blowing off. Complete circuit diagram may help. This is Chinese make.

The fault presumably lies in something other than the IGBT itself. Give us a clue.
Have you contacted the cooker manufacturer for info?

Sir,
I have replaced to IGBT Nos.FGA25N120, but it is blowing off immediately after showing 1300 on display within a second. The associated circuit containing SS8850 and SS8050 transistors (NPN & PNP) also bursts with the main Fuse. Then I located that 1 no. IN4148 diode is short and 10K 1/4W resistor has become low value (177 ohms). Shall post the whole PCB shortly.

The electronics in an Induction Stove is quite complex and, I know from experience, the IGBT failure normally leads to a string of component damage. Check ALL the semiconductors - Diodes, Transistors, IC's before proceeding.

Sir,

I have done the following for my 2000W Induction Cooker.

Replaced faulty S8550= 1 no. (fault-burst) and S8050= 2nos.(Shorted)
IN4148 = short (shows both side resistance)
Replaced the IGBT FGA25N120 (fault-burst)
Replaced the fuse (10Amp-250V) which was connected

the above were all associated with Induction Coil, IGBT driving circuits.
On the move to trace more faulty parts and replacement. Shall keep informed of the developments/improvements.

Sir,
After replacement of the following it starts working. But the only problem is that it does not detect the same pots as used earlier and showing Error (EO). What may be the possible cause? What is that sensor below the Ceramic Glass Plate and two wire connections to PCB.

Dear Sir,

After changing the IGBT, associated circuits like IN4148, faulty transistors S8550 & 8050 (PNP-NPN), fuse, the circuit is ON and after showing 1300 and Voltage 205-210, fan movement is ok then after 2-3 seconds, Error E0 showing. Replaced the Sensor same showing Error E0, with the same pots/utensils as was used earlier for cooking, where in the fault lies. Kindly help. Do you think Microprocessor (MC80F0804B) or LM339 voltage comparator or SN74HC164N faulty?

Please help. I want to restore it and fix the problem.

For e0 error u had to check. ..big 1 watt or 2 watt resistors ...it could be in 470k ohms or 820k ohm.or may be 1meg ohms. ..generally it go open circut or may be changed in value due to which induction shows e0 error
