Improved NTSC Video to Scope Converter

    I revisited the NTSC to Analog Scope converter circuit that made a video on last year, and made some improvements to it . I added an improved z-axis drive amplifier which gives better contrast and brightness controls for a larger variety of analog scopes. Here is the video describing the circuit:

    Pretty cool. I haven't played with video since the good ole days when you could use analog techniques to decode the "premium" channels.

    I like it, a basic, direct and sound circuit.

    (I also had to look up the LM1881 and am amazed TI still has it in active production.)
