Hi everyone! 
I would like to design a 2 stage op-amp with PMOS transistors, comprising of a differential pair following by a CS amplifier stage. My schematic is as below:
I designed my setup to have a voltage output of 1.5V, hence the above at 1.56V should be okay I think.
A check on output voltage swing seems okay:
However, when I performed an AC simulation, the gain falls short of the required gain, which needs to be more than 75dB.
May I ask how should I increase my gain?
