by the way, any question, why the file I copy from vendor's website can't well? it is a .lib file, but when I put it in my simulation, I got a warning of "can't find definition of model "stw5nk100z"...

In symbol nmos.asy mn <---> xmn . You have model .subckt, and not .model.

Options can be many. Try to do the following: .option vntol = 1m abstol = 1n cshunt = 1f. Show your scheme. This may help.
