i have just implemented the required numbers, (1,2,6,7) and ignored Do , D3, D4, D5, is it the correct way ?

The second question is,
i have implemented the same equation in more easiest way but i don't know how to draw its internal circuit because 3 selection lines are now reduced to just two, so where to connect the third selection line (z) ??
