Impedance analyzer / LCR meter Hi I am using wyne karr 6500B impedance analyzer with frequency range upto 5 MHz.
I have problem regarding callibration of it for free space measurement , that is to bring impedance at zero level when the one of the fixture plate pair is open with no material or dielectric pellet inside , while other pair i just closed it.. but when i tried , impedance somhow not coming at this level , capacitance also appears negative .... i tried different voltages levels 1V , 5oo mV , 250 mV , even 17 mV etc ........ can any body helppppppppp
