I'm sure that someone already created this. Please direct my to the correct place.
I want to build a PWM converter for my computer's fan. The input is a 4 wire like this http://www.pavouk.org/hw/fan/en_fan4wire.html (on the motherboard) and the output is to a 3 wire fan. The idea is the the PWM (the 4th wire) will be converted into a variable voltage on th 3rd wire. I did find a "company" that sells somthing like it: http://www.paqt.co.uk/docs/PaQ_PWM.pdf but I would like to make one myself.
