I need a replacement part number and possibly a supplier for a igbt made by on semi part number ngb8202 .i am sorry as i dont know how to cross it over.it is for engine computer ignition coil driver.thanks for your help.

 

Why not just buy the On-Semi NGB8202?

If for some odd reason you can't, the spec sheet is readily available (Google it) then look for a comparable product. Mouser and Digi-key offer comparative product displays.
