can anybody help me in developing the gate driver circuits for the IGBT (1200V, 400A) using mitsubishi driver IC EXB851?

I have seen data sheets for a Fuji Electric EXB851, it says the maximum current for a 1200V IGBT is 300A. Do you have another data sheet for the part?

Are you trying to overcome the current limitation or is your question more general?
