Im making full three-phase bridge for motor control, and im making some simulations in OrCAD. But I cant find any Gate Driver IC in any library? Where I can find that IC?

 

Don't know about the Orcad libraries but, most mosfet drivers are also used with IGBTs. So look for mosfet drivers?
