Hi, can someone please tell me what is in the picture? It is part of a battery charge monitoring circuit that is not working, and I'm trying to figure out why. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Georg

Can you supply more info please, make and model?
Why do you suspect that particular device?
Is it a mosfet?
