Hi, hope someone can help me, im having trouble identifying this capacitor.
It is out of a fan controller for a central heating boiler.

Can anyone help me with an alternative? think it may be an Arcotronics.

This is whats on the side:

AV R60 MKT
1 400
T2 05LGQ04

And on top there is a K

Agreed. I have several versions [in appearance ] of the same cap on hand, and that is about the limit of their specs.

It would be interesting to know how it was destroyed in that manner.

 

Some film capacitors are "self-healing" if they get zapped by a high voltage spike.
Your capacitor didn't survive.
