Hi! Recently I just get an M42SP-7, Stepping Motors from my old printer and I plan to use this motor. I have search an H-bridge IC which is Allegro, A3980. Can I use this H-bridge ic to contol my bipolar Stepper motor? Do you have this H-bridge application sheet (how to connect its pin) if this H-bridge is suitable for my case? Thank you first your kind help.

 

An H-Bridge is typically used to control a simple DC motor, not a stepping motor. The stepping motor requires synchronised pulses from a controller.
