I want some specifications about IC MAX 2623 which is a Voltage controlled oscilator has to generater the frequency range of 850 MHz to 930 Mhz which I want to implement in Mobile jammmer circuit.

 

Here in America, and most likely other civilized countries around the world, it's against the law to interfere with communications. Although, I would love to see less cell phone usage myself, I'd much rather stay out of jail. Probably not against any law to discuss theories on how it might be done, doubt this or most any other forum would desire to host such a topic. This is by no means a private forum, or exclusive. Everything posted, is also easily found with search engines, like Google. Even though you have a good idea, it's just a bad idea to make it public. Good luck though.

 

There are 923 hits on "max2623". Get a data sheet.

But as i can see from it you can not take the desired values of frequency range (850-930 MHz). You can only take 885-950 MHz.

 

There are many more frequencies than those for modern cell phones. The jammer will jam only old cell phones.

I wouldn't be so sure about that in Europe. Jammers are frequently used in cinemas and auditories.

 

Do those mainland European jammers require licensing?
