I would like to input iButton (dallas) to computer using ps2, like keyboard does.
For example, if i have open notepad, and touch iButton, i would like get result typed into notepad.
I would like use this as password.

Just like barcode reader. You connect it between keyboard and computer, and this will insert readed barcode.

As far as i remember, reading iButton, is described for avr, atmega... i saw some tutorial on internet.
But i can't find anything well described about keyboard simulator.

Le'ts for example, i would like hook up avr to ps2 computer port, and send
stored in ibutton value (serial numbeR).

    And that's a problem.
I saw examples when people connecting computer keyboard into avr, and typing on lcd, using menu and thing's like that, but not sending from avr to pc using ps2.

If anyone was doing something similar please tell me how should i start.

Also, maybe someone saw ready project what will send that data to ps2, or usb hid keyboard.

GCBasic has a demo program for the PS2 connection and a library file PS2.h. One contributor supposedly has allowed for scancodes? here. Also, 1-wire routines can be derived from the 1-wire ReadTemp function? (also in the contributor section). Good luck with your project.
