If you don't have any luck on eBay, you can do a Google search for "huntron tracker2000" which returns many results, which may be of use for the requested item. I only had a brief look at some of the results and they looked quite good.

I'm having flashbacks to my Navy days... endless (or so they seemed) hours programming that (explitive deleted) Huntron Tracker. O! how I hated that thing!!

 

I found sources for several manuals from Google searches, too. One good source I've used is Manualman.

I used a Huntron Tracker, too, until about 8 years ago in the electronics crib in a factory I worked in. I don't remember the model no. for the one we used but it wasn't programmable. It was pretty handy for troubleshooting PCBs.
