Is it worth getting for 40 dollars? I have a cheap analog multimeter right now.

I Googled it, did not see a whole lot about it.

 

$40 for anything with the Simpson name is probably well worth it.
The 460 is kind of large but accurate, the -6 would be an option you'd have to look up, could be an integral freq counter for all I know.
