i/o programming for 16f84a

I am new to PIC programming. I need to programming a IC like this.

it has two inputs & two outputs.

If there aren't input -no outputs.
If there is a input -output 1 should be come.
If there are both inputs -output 2 should be come.

Pls help me.....

Remember then you ask questions in here. It is important to tell us what you have done so far, and why and how you struggle. Also a few few words about your setup like what kind of programming language you use and type of compiler. As we do not know ANY THING about your setup. Like you do.

sorry for my mistake.I have a littel knoladge of assembly.I have just start PIC programming.so I don,t know How to start this. sorry for all.
No need to sorry. We have all been beginners some time. PICs can be confusing then starting from zero.
Have you downloaded the data sheet and and MPLAB. MPLAB is 100% free and what kind of PIC programmer do you use?

I may point you in the correct direction. But I never do others assignments on this forum.
You should read this document. Then working in MPLAB ALWAYS use projects.
