i want the design of manual switching circuit
that i use between two power supplies
i.e if one of two power supplies down ... i will switch two anther power supply manually

 

Just use a toggle switch. Use as many poles as there are voltages, and a switch rated to carry the full output current. The grounds may all be tied together permanently.

 

I suggest using a "break before make" switch. This will keep the supplies isolated from one another, and prevent any problems during switching.
