First of all let me apologies if I have posted in wrong category, if so moderators please move. Thank You.

There was an accident with one of my servers, pci-x slot got broken, equipment is costly, replacing isn't an option.

I'm looking for professional soldering service, there is some work i need to get done on computer motherboard (soldering pci-x slot).

After reading quite few about having pci-x soldered back on motherboard, it appears to be not an easy task, requires skill and steady hands!

Long story short - The old pci-x slot needs to get desoldered and the new one soldered back on.

I do not have any additional pictures of that particular motherboard.

but pci-x are pretty much same on every motherboard.

Please google pci-x images to get an idea.

I prefer if you were in tri-state area. NY/NJ/PA.

Please let me know if that is something that you would be able to do.

I don´t think that steady hands will be enough for the job. As you probably see, the pins of that connector are not accesible from around it, so you will need some form of hot air or reflow process in order to reattach a new one. Or are they through-hole? please get more pictures.

Even with a proper solder/desolder operation there is a high probability there may be damage to some copper traces. If there is a break on the surface layers, they can be repaired, but if a trace in an internal layer has lost connection with one of the plated through holes then...good luck. It could take days many many days to find it and you would need a connection map for that motherboard or another identical working board to use as a comparison for troubleshooting.
