hi guys.When i open the programm the menus doesn't look and i see a white menu.look in screenshot down:

I hive the latest java version and windows xp sp3.

how i can solve this problem?

 

I would go to
http://www.arduino.cc
and check their forum. There is most likely an answer there.

Are you using a 32bit or 64bit computer? You may be using the wrong version of arduinos software for the bit architecture of your PC.

You can also try right clicking on the icon and find compatibility mode. Try running the program as Windows 2000, or even 98.

But still, check arduinos forum. They have a bug-tracker that will most likely solve your problem.
