I had a look around and searched for "seagate tmos". I'm guessing that any USB to serial converter will work (they are pretty cheap on E-bay), but you would have to make a cable from the standard serial connector to the HDD.
You might have to do a bit of measuring (there's a few different sizes) and figure out which pins connect where, but probably something here will do the job for the HDD end:
