Could you please provide some info on how Z-state are being modeled in Hspice, I would like to know how the Z-state can be seen in waves.
The issues is that I am designing retention flop, and I need to calculate by simulation the wake-up time of the schema. So while on shut down mode the flop output is in Z state, but when it wakes-up the wire value is becoming Vdd, so the question is how to calculate the Z-to-1 time by simulation.
