Attached is picture of power supply board from HP Monitor (LA2405wg) when i power it on its power light blinks in green color, it gives a small splash of picture and some sound from power supply, then screen gets black, and it keeps happening
When i googled, i came to know that these monitors often have issue that their capacitors get leak and they pup out, but when i opened my monitor its capacitors looks good, (visually) at some forums i read that they may also dry out, and in that case we can not see anything visually.
I want to know what else i can check, I'm not an expert so please little bit explain how can i test advised things.
