im currently making a arduino project, a thermostat that switches on two fans when required, whats im trying to do is switch 2 10v signals down two cables about 10m to turn on two fans, can someone please recommend a device to switch these two 10v's dont really want to use relays

if you dont want to use relays, then use opto isolators, or transistors.

 

You haven't mentioned anything about the voltage and current requirements of the fans.

If these are DC 10V fans, I'd just use a MOSFET. You'll want a logic-level, N-channel MOSFET. Pick one rated for at least about 4X more current than you actually need, to allow for a good safety factor. (Costs little to go large).
