please look at this video i ordered this part and led with it

how do i
1; fade in and out
2: maybe slow it down

so it gives a pulse affect like 1 led fading away then other starts to light up fade in and get brighter , do i need to replace a risistor or caps in this case ?

 

You need to alter the capacitor on pins 2,6 of the 555 chip, or the resistor between pin 6,7,, chances are it's similar to this circuit with steering diodes.

 

What's the justification for using one resistor for multiple LEDs in parallel?
