how to sending data using the gps satellite application..

hi..

i'm still confius about how to manage data that we gat for our system n then sending to GPS satellite and send back to laptop..emm..what system there used for this situation?..

There is no "sending data to the satellite". GPS unite are receivers only. Some have periodic outputs of the data over a serial port in a format that is referred to as NMEA-183. NMEA is the National Marine Electronics Association.
