How to SATA cable pins AND usb CABLE PINS CONNECT ?

SATA and USB are incompatible interfaces. They can't be wired together.

There are SATA <--> USB adapters which have the necessary electronics to connect the two, but the way you are proposing to connect them can't work.

They are SATA adapters, like the ones you'd plug into a computer's bus, but with a USB output and the ability to look like a mass storage device to the USB bus. So, basically a microcontroller and supporting components.

The difference between SATA and USB isn't just signal levels, it's entire protocols.
