I have a strain gauge application and I use instrumentation amplifier (INA 125) to signal conditioning. At the output of INA I have an offset of 2 Volt.
Do you recommend a circuit for removing the offset, please?

You need to add an OPA on the output of the INA125 and remove the +2V offset in that OPA stage.

Pin 5, the reference input, looks like you've nailed it to the source of your 2V offset.

Move that pin to ground and your offset should go away bye-bye.
