how to play mp3 file on lpc2148 using keil ide

i want to play mp3 file on lpc2148 blueboard . i m using keil ide. i have gone through one implementation which is using libmad and efsl library but the problem here is it is using rowley crossworks .
can i run the same code using keil ide. if yes thes then plz suggest the changes i have to make or give me some documents so that i can realise an mp3 player by using keil ide.
